Reservation Information, Good Practice, and Customer Service

ALL reservations MUST be made in advance, and require a 30% Deposit made at least 3 days prior to appointment. The deposit is non-refundable. This is necessary to ensure all reservations are kept. If we book a date for you, that date and time are just for you. We will turn down any other reservations that might be at your reserved time/date. This system is most fair to everyone & all limousine companies practice this policy. There is an agreement that must be signed at the time the limousine arrives for your appointment & before the evening begins, this covers the price agreed upon & any overages that may occur during the reservation time.

Take advantage of our “Prom Special Package Deal” which incorporates the following

Students MUST sign the “Prom-Promise” which states ABSOLUTELY NO alcohol or drugs. Parents, rest assured we will ensure your children have a SAFE and FUN night without ANY worries, and most importantly, that they arrive back home ON TIME.

Airport Transfer

The following rates apply for any address inside the triad area toPTI (Greensboro) Piedmont Triad International Airportis only $45.00 + 15-20% gratuityRDU (Raleigh-Durham International Airport)is only $105.00 + 15-20% gratuityCLT (Charlotte/Douglas International Airport) is only $105.00 + 15-20% gratuity

Any address outside the triad area will have slight increase in charge, depending on location and how far the address is outside of the triad.

These prices are for either the Lincoln Towncar or Cadillac DHS Sedan, seating up to 4 adults. If this car is already on assignment then one of our Limousines will be sent with NO additional charge.

These prices also include all luggage handling and walking with customer inside to the check-in counter and/or to the front door of the house or hotel. If picking up at airport we will be waiting for you at baggage claim area.

Any airport transfer that the pickup or delivery is between the hours of midnight to 6am is subject to a $10.00 surcharge on top of the normal rate and gratuity.

Shuttle Bus

If you are needing a shuttle bus for your work party, wedding, meeting or maybe a large group coming in from the airport let us handle your needs.The Limo-Bus can comfortably seat 14 passengers with SEAT BELTS. Flat Screen TV, wet bar, sound system. A beautiful newly converted Limo-Bus.$85.00 per hour + 15-20% gratuity (Daytime rate 6am-6pm) – 2 hour minimum$105.00 per hour + 15-20% gratuity (Nightime rate 6pm-6am) – 2 hour minimum

Ice cold soft drinks, bottle water and snacks included at no additional charge.

Note: Shuttle Bus Rates are for daytime use only. If used during evenings, then regular Limo Party Bus rates apply.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON RESERVATIONS

All rates do not include a 20% gratuity for the chauffeur, except Wedding and Prom Package Deals when the tip IS included or where specifically stated above.

Fuel Surcharge applies to the Charlotte and Raleigh areas of only $75.00. The clock only starts when we arrive for your appointment, NOT when we leave our office. So you are NEVER paying for “DEAD TIME”.
